The Guillotine is a high performance twin fin designed for fast radical surfing, where it utilises a more traditional Keel style fin as opposed to the more upright MR style. It has the rocker line and general proportions taken from the Chakra Twin and a low shortboard style rail. It has a very fast bottom contour, which is a light single concave flowing into a deep quad concave within it. The contour provides a huge amount of drive but also grips and holds really hard through turns, this dramatically helps a twin fin with the execution of turns when put on rail at speed.

It is surfed 3-4 inches shorter than your shortboard, about an inch wider and with the same thickness.

 

Compared to the Kickboard this is a less cruizy/flowy style of board, and aimed at a higher level of surfer. Both have a similar top speed though.
